Sheep Tripe

Sheep Tripe has three primary parts; gastric include products, honeycomb and Omasum.
For use in human food, tirpe must be thoroughly washed and cleaned with very high precision. It’s better to put it for two or three hours in boiled water and slat.
In many parts of the world tripe used as part of the food cooked and eaten which have many health benefits, including the treatment of anemia, growth and foster children, foster healthy sperm production, strengthen the stomach and intestines, help in the treatment of neurological diseases and depression, useful for MS MS, gastric ulcer and duodenum, strengthening and treatment of hair loss, boost the immune system.

NAME : Sheep Tripe
SITUATION : sheep tripe is cleaned – both inside and outside -, cooked and extra fat removed without any damage to product. At first extra fat and hair removed, then tripe are put in hot water (about 65 to 85 degrees).
